Approach
My approach to counseling therapy is client-centred and growth-oriented. It is primarily founded upon Adlerian psychology, attachment theory, systems theory, and strength-based concepts. Depending on the needs of the client, I also integrate methods from a diverse base of therapy approaches, including those from CBT, EMDR, narrative, solution-focused, and existential therapy. I am committed to providing quality therapeutic service based on empathy, compassion, non-judgmental acceptance, and authenticity.
